setting up a shoutcast server

Hi all. I'm trying to set up a shoutcast server with a lynksys router.
I have a hostname already, but i need to get the station to the hostname.
Anyone ever ran a shoutcast server through a lynksys routher?
If so, please let me know.

This just might involve port forwarding. If you know the moddle number of your device, www.portforward.com should have a guide that will explain this process. If not, try logging into http://192.168.0.1 with user and passwords "admin" or user "admin" and password "1234."

www.portforward.com helped me a lot.
I got the station and the vt server going.
